Rasturena sarma od kisela zelka ( moze i slatka zelka).// A scattered charm of cabbages acid (or a fresh cabbage)


Za rasturena sarma taka ja narekuvame vo nasiot kraj ,potrebno se slednive sostojki:
(na golem broj domacinki im e poznat ovoj recept ,a na nekoi mladi  domacinki mozebi ce im se najde ovoj recept).
  •  polovina kisela zelka so sredna golemina
  • 1 mal strak praz
  • 1 mala glavica kromid
  • 2 cena luk
  • 1 lovorov list
  • 500g mesano meleno meso
  • 1 fildzan za belo kafe iscisten oriz
  •  od zacini, melen biber ,sol ,vegeta,i crven piper,origano.
  • za prilog  po vkus mlado kromidce 
  • maslo za podgotovka na jadenje
PODGOTOVKA
Pocnuvame so podgotovka ,taka sto jas vo edna tava go przam jadenje i vo taa tava go i pecam.Prvo na maslo go przime praz i malku go proprzuvame okolu 2 min i kromid .
Dodavame polovina drobena zelka i nea ja dinstame so dodavanje po malku na voda, dodeka omekne, okolu 15 min.
Go dodavame i melenoto meso,se mesa i toa uste 5 min,potoa na kraj se dodava iscisten ,i izmien oriz .
Promesuvame ubavo , da se doprzi uste 2 min, i zacinuvame po zelba so site zacini,i crven piper,biber,1 lazica vegeta,mnogu malku sol oti zelkata e vece solena.
Malku stavame i origano,seckan luk,i 1 list lovor.se zasipuva jadenje so mlaka voda, kolku da gi pokrie produktite vo tavata.

Rerna ja vklucivame da se zagree i stavame jadenje na 250C i peceme 30 min.
Taka jas go pravam ovaa jadenje ,sigurna sum deka i mnogu od vas imaat i svoja druga varijanta na podgotovka, zosto sekoj si ima svoj nacin na rabota.

Istoto jadenje se pravi i so slatka zelka ovaa proletna,a ko sakate da vi e kisela dodavate  polovina limon .
