Potrebni sostojki za ovie vkusni i posni lisnati testenini:

  • 400g brasno-T-400
  • 50 ml maslo
  • 1 lazicka mala secer
  • 1 lazicka mala sol
  • malku soda bikarbona
  • malo parce svez kvasec (edna cetvrtina od kocka kvasec)
  • topla voda 
  • 200g seckan posen kashkaval
