Posni pekarski kifli ..//Lean baked rolls

Posni kiflicki,vkusni i meki,za slavi,proslavi,i pojadok-breakfast.I za biznis namena.
Sostojki:

  • 1/2 litar voda topla
  • 2 lazicki mali secer
  • 2 lazicki sol
  • 100ml maslo
  • 1 kocka kvasec
  • braso po potreba da se zamesi edno kompaktno testo (okolu 800g)
  • susam za odozgor na kifli
  • 100g margarin za odozgora kifli
Se mesi testo od navedeni sostojki i se ostava da stoi na toplo da stasa .
Posle 1 cas se deli na dve ili ako sakate povece kifli na 3 topki,se rasukuvaat i se formirat kifli se premackuvaat so topla voda i se stava susam a na kraj parche margarin .
Se ostavat ushte 20 min i pechat vo zagreana rerna na 250C 15 min.
Mnogu se meki i vkusni.
Se sluzat so domasen i procuen Makedonski ajvar.
