Baklava so mah recept...**Baklava with poppy recipe


BAKLAVA  SO MAH.
Potrebni sostojki:

  • 600g kori za baklava
  • 3 jajca
  • 1,1/2 casa secer (merka 200ml) 
  • 1 casa  -maslo za jadenje 
  • 1 casa k.mleko-jogurt (200g)
  • 200g mah
Sherbet: 800g secer,800 ml.voda za zovrie 5 min.
Izmatete gi ubavo jajca so secer  se dodava maslo za jadenje,k. mleko i mah.
Se redat vo pleh 3 kori,se posipuva maslo,i  vrz niv del od fil i se taka dodeka ne se potrosi siot materijal.Se sece baklava na kocki i se prska cela so maslo.Se zagreva rerna na 250C posle se namaluva na 180C,zavisno kako vi pece vasa rerna.Izvadete ja baklava od rerna i ladete.
Za toa vreme napravete sirup.
Celo vreme za pecenje na baklava e 45 min. i se ladi.
Izladenata baklava se preleva so vrel serbet i toa posle 5 minuti varenje se pari so dve casi tecnost. i pak vraca da vrie na sporet,uste  malku da se dovari serbet, i potoa se pari so ostanat sherbet i ladi.
Ovoj recept e od vujna mi Divna Despotovic od Skopje ..Jas licno ja probav mnogu e ubava na vkus i eve pobarav recept da go spodelam so vas.( nekoj ovaa baklava dodeka ja redi ne ja poliva so maslo,no jas mislam treba da se prska zada se delat kori inaku e kako testo slepena sekoja kora.)

RECIPE IN ENGLISH:
Baklava with poppy recipe.

COMPONENTS:
-600g crust for baklava
-3 eggs
-1.1 / 2  sup sugar- (rate 200ml)
-1 cup oil
-1 cup sour cream-yogurt-200G
-200g poppy
Syrup: Boil 800g sugar with 800ml of water to boil for 5 min.
Preparation:
Whisk the eggs well with sugar, add oil, buttermilk and poppy.
Place them in a baking pan crust to 3, put oil on each bark.Bet of the filling until it spends quite..All baklava cut into cubes then sprayed with oil.
Preheat oven to 250C and when you put on 180C.Bake reduced temperature,and bake baklava 45 min.how to bake your oven.
Remove from the oven and baklavu allow to cool.Cooking syrup and hot syrup extend across the cold baklava.One pour half of the syrup, the residue back to cook and then that part of the overflow on the baklava.Leave to absorb and cooled syrup serves as a tasty dessert.
