Posni kiflicki so pivo.//Vegetable rolls with beer.

Ovaa e malku specificen recept kiflicki so pivo ( no jas gi pravam so kisela ili obicna voda).

Ovoj recept odamna go prepishav  od  edna prijatelka.
Potrebno:
  • 400ml pivo..(moze i kisela voda ili obicna voda po zelba)
  • 1 kg brasno
  • 1 kvasec 
  • 300ml maslo za jadenje
  • 1lazicka sol
  • 2 lazicki secer
  • susam za posipuvanje (100g)
  • malku margarin za premackuvanje posen okolu 50g
  • (kiflickite mozat da se polnat i so posen rendan  kaskaval koj im dava poseben vkus)
Vo podlaboka plasticna vangla se rastouva kvasecot so malku mlaka voda ili se potopuva vo pivo i se dodavat drugite sostojki  brasno zejtin secer sol .. se mesi edna kompaktna masa vazno e da imate namensko brasno.Se ostavat da odstojat stasat okolu 45- 1 sat na vanglicka vo koja ima topla voda no ne i vrela ovaa e moj sovet za pobrzo kisnenje na kiflicki i drugo kisnato testo.

Stasanite kiflicki se oblikuvat o zelba vo chvor se vrzuvaat ili se rasukuvaat i oblikuvaat kifli.Se premackuvaat so topla voda se soli so seme susam i se stava vrz kiflicki i malo parce margarin .Povtorno se ostavat da stasat okolu 20 min i pecat na 220C zavisno od rerna okolu 15 min da dobijat zlatno zolta boja.

Kifli mozat da se napolnat so fil so marmelad ili prazni.napraveni se samo so pivo i pola doza na video,mnogu se vkusni i meki so krckava kora nemam komentar specificen vkus i sovrseni se cista 10-ka moj koment...

Recipe in English:
Vegetable rolls with beer.

This is a little specific recipe rolls with beer (I make them with acid or plain water).
This recipe I have long copied from a friend ..


Required:
400ml beer .. (can and the acidic water or pure water according to the wish)
1 kg flour
1 cube of yeast
300ml oil for food
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
sesame seeds for sprinkling (100g)
coating a little lean margarine about 50g
(Rolls can be charged with a low-fat grated cheese which gives them a special flavor)

Preparation:
The deeper bowl, dissolve the yeast with a little lukewarm water or I melt it down and the beer. (Slightly warmed beer 35C.-although what is yeast.
Add the other ingredients, flour, oil, sugar salt..I knead compact mixture.Important to have purpose flour.
Leave rolls to stand and stature dough, about 45min - 1 hour. (You can the jug with hot water for fast that you stature dough).
Í rolls shape at will as the knot rolls or croissants classic ..
Rolls coating with hot water and sprinkle them with sesame seeds, put a little butter on the rolls.Leave them that stature again about 20 minutes while the oven heats.
Bake rolls at 220C depending on the oven for about 15 minutes to get golden yellow color.
Rolls can be charged with jam or cheese, very tasty and soft rolls.I made it with beer,and very tasty rolls my coment is very very good.
