Svaler torta (recept)../// Lover cake recipe.

Svaler torta,edna od najbarani torti na moi ponudi pri naracka,ja obozavat potrosuvaci ,zatoa sto e bogata so fil i orevi.I ima poseben vkus...se topi vo usta.
Sostojki za kori:

  • 15 jajca
  • 400g seker
  • 3 lazici vinski ocet
  • 350g orevi seckani
  • 3 lazici brasno
Od ovie sostojki se matat 3 kori, i se susat na umerena temperatura okolu polovina sat.

Za prv fil potrebni sostojki:
  • 1l mleko
  • 3 pudinga od cokolado
  • 6 lazici seker
  • 7 zoltki
  • 2 lazici gustin
  • 300g topena cokolada za gotvenje
PODGOTOVKA:
Vo dlabok sad se stava 900ml mleko da zovrie.A nastrana vo drug sad se mesaat 100ml mleko so puding od cokolada, so7 zoltki i seker, gustinot i seto toa se dodava vo vrelo mleko.Se vari gust fil,se trga nastrana i mu se dodava cokolada za gotvenje.Se ostava da se oladi masata.
Posebno se mati 250g margarin so 200g secer vo prav i se mesa so oladen fil so puding.

Za vtor fil: potrebno e da se mati 250g margarin so 200g secer vo prav i 3 vanilin secer
( se dodavat 8 zolcki mateni na para so 5 supeni lazici secer vo prav oladeni,zaradi sterilizacija e podobro)
Po zelba mozat da se dodadat zoltkite vo izmatenata masa od margarin,seker vo prav i vanila.
Za tret fil se mati vo drug sad 120g slag pena so 300g mleko.

Otkako ke gi ispeceme korite,i go  podgotvite fil gi redime po sleden redosled:
-Kora,zolt fil,crn fil i shlag i se taka dodeka ne se potrosi se materijal.
-A torta ja ukrasuvate po zelba so 200g shlag maten so 500ml mleko ili fondan masa.
Torta e nameneta pred se za rodendeni,proslavi,ili specijalni prigodi.

Lover cake recipe.

Lover cake is one of the more popular cakes in my worship a bid.Customers is due to taste, and rich fillings, very tasty.
COMPONENTS:

15 eggs
400g Sugar
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
350g chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons flour
