Posna baklava so urmi recept.//Fasting baklava with dates.

Ovaa e edna od posebni baklavi,i bese pomedju povece barani i na blog i doma po naracka.

Potrebno:


  • 500g kori,za baklava
  • 400g biskviti(keks) meleni(posni)
  • 100g rendana cokolada(posna)
  • 300g sitno seckani orevi
  • 1margarin
  • 1 sok od limon
  • 400g urmi seckan
  • potrebno i maslo za prskanje na korite
  • 800g secer za serbet
  • 1 vanilin secer.
Se stava kora na rabotna masa se prska so maslo za jadenje ,i se redi uste edna kora i taa se prska so maslo.
Taka moze na sekoja vtora ili treta kora da se stava fil koj e napraven od ,meleni biskviti mesani so rendana cokolada, i seckani urmi i orevi i 1 vanilin secer.
Filot go stavate na pocetokot na korite i se mota rolna sto pocvrsto zavitkana i se taka dodeka ne se potrosi siot materijal.
Rolni se secat na parcinja a moze i kako triagolnik baklava da se formira i se prska so 1 rastopen margarin.( jas povece koristam maslo za jadenje)
Baklava se pece na tivko okolu 45 min.da dobie zlatno zolta boja a po zelba se dekorira so rendana cokolada ili so preliv cokoladen, i se pari so sherbet, toj treba da e podgotven i laden.
Serbet:
800g secer vari so 0,8l voda i sok od 1 limon ,i stavi vo sad da provrie 10 min.i pari topla baklava.

Fasting baklava with dates.

This is one of the special baklava, and was among the more search on my blog and home demand by customers.

Required:


-500g crust for baklava
-400g ground biscuits (fasting)
-100g grated chocolate (meatless)
-300g finely chopped walnuts
-1 margarine
-1 lemon juice
-400g chopped dates
-It oil and spraying the bark of
-800g sugar for serbet
-1 vanilla sugar.
Place the crust on a work surface and spray with oil, and line up another sheet and spray it with oil.
So be on every second or third peel the bark to lay the filling, which is made of, ground biscuits with grated chocolate and chopped of dates and walnuts, and 1 vanilla sugar.
Fil bet at the beginning Roll the crust and roll as tightly wrapped, and so on until you can spend all the material.
Rolls shred to smithereens, it can be cut and set-square baklava and so is formed. Pour baklava with 1 melted margarine . (I no longer use oil for storage-one believes margarine's a lot)
Bake baklava on quietly for about 45 minutes to obtain a golden yellow color, if desired, decorate the grated chocolate or topped with syrup chocolate.Baklava  pour with sirup,he needs to be saved and cold.
Syrup:

800g sugar cooked with 800ml of water and juice of 1 lemon, and place in a bowl to boil 10 Min pour hot baklava.
