Kuglof.



Sostojki:

  • 300g brashno
  • 80g margarin (moze i maslo za jadenje)
  • 100g shecer
  • 100g suvo grozje (jas so urmi go pravev)
  • 50g meleni orevi za vnatre sitno seckani
  • 50g orevi sitno seckani za posipuvanje vo plehot.
  • 30g kvasec
  • 2 celi jajca
  • 2 zoltki
  • limun
  • malku prezla ili brashno(za posipuvanje na plehot)
  • cashica rum.
  • 50g belo cokolado za polivanje odozgora 
  • (malku cokoladni mrvici po zelba)
Izrabotka:
Vo sad za matenje se matat jajcata  so zoltkite i shecerot ,(a kvasecot se rastopuva vo malku topla voda jas staviv okolu 70ml.se dodava postepeno se po red margarin rastopen,s,grozje,orevi, strugana kora od limun ,rum,brashno se oblikuva kako topka ubavo izmeseno i ostava da kisne okolu 1 h,
Kalap za kuglof se premackuva so malku margarin ili maslo za jadenje,se posipuva so prezla (lebni troski)ili
so brashno..na dnoto na kalapot se rasporeduvaat sitno seckani orevi,i se stava testo vo kalapot,i ostava pak da kisne poko polovina cas.
Koga testoto e stasano skoro do ivica na kalapot se pece vo zagreana rerna okolu 1 sat, na 180C..( jas po moe 45 min go pecev .
Gotoviot kolac oladen se preleva so topeno belo cokolado i posipuva so cokoladni troski ili rendana cokolada po zelba.

ingredients:

300g flour
80g butter (can i cooking oil)
100g sugar
100g dried grapes (dates)
50g meleni nuts for internal finely chopped
50g finely chopped nuts in the pan.
30g sourdough
2 whole eggs
2 Żółtki
lemon
little bread crumbs or flour (for the pan)
a glass rum.
50g white chocolate for pouring from above
(Little chocolate chips according to the wish)
preparation:
