Recipe:
-600h flour
-1 tablespoons salt
-30ml oil
-1 smille tablespoons sugar
-hot water if necessary
-1/2 cube yeast
-half fresh greens
-1 tablespoons melted paprika-powder
-oil for dough
Preparation:
Add flour in bowl,add salt and yeast,and add sugar and oil.Kneading with water of necessary.

Sostojki:
-600g brasno
-1 lazica mala sol
-30 ml maslo
-1 mala lazica secer
-topla voda po potreba
-1/2 kocka svez kvasec
-pola sveza zelka
-1 lazica melena crvena piperka
-maslo za prskanje testo

PODGOTOVKA:
OD gore navedenite sostojki se mesi testo,se mesa brasno so sol secer i maslo ,se stava kvasec vo sredina so mlaka voda se mesi sredno tvrdo testo.
Zameseno testo se ostava malku da se opusti za polesno oblikuvanje.Testo se sece na 5 topki edna treba da e pomala od drugite.
Sekoja topka se rasukuva vo mala kora.Se prskat kori so maslo,i redat edna vrz druga.od niv se rasukuva golema kora pogolema od tava.I se prska maslo i kraevite se sobiraat so race vo krug da se formira venec kako na slika.Ostavete ja banica da kisne 30-45min.I zagrejte rerna.
Se suka i mala kora no pomala od drugi,se prenesuva preku drugi kori,prska so maslo,i dobira vo krug kako i prvi kori.Ima slika na blog od vakvi banici povece recepti.

Se przi zelka isecena na mali parcinja so maslo i sol,povece se dinsta.Se dodava crven melen piper.I se stava vo sredina.Se pece banica na 250C so namaluvanje na 200C. Celo vreme na pecenje e 30 min.
