Makedonska tradicionalna banica...Macedonian traditional pie.

Izrabotka na ovaa vkusna banica e lesna i prikazana na slika a se pravi od testo za leb ili od posebno testo,dva recepta za dve vrsti na pita so razni filovi.

  1. 500g brasno 1mala lazicka sol,mnogu malku kvasec,2 lazici maslo za jadenje,1 mala lazicka secer,i mlaka voda dovolna da se zamesi sredno meko testo kako za leb.
  2. A nacinot na izrabotka e prikazan i se koristi fil po zelba moze so praz da se filuva so zelka na sredina kako posna pita ili so fil od sirenje  vo korite,
  3.  Koga se formira samat pita.i celo vreme se prska so maslo za jadenje,a gotova se pece na 220C okolu 30 min.
  4. Dodadov malo dopolnuvanje za polesno razbiranje ..POSTAVETE MI PRASANJE I JAS  CE VI POJASNAM POVECE, IMA I VIDEO NA MOJ KANAL.


Na vase baranje dragi citateli eve den od mnogute mozni filovi so urda.

Prvo stavame maslo vo tavata i gi dodavame seckani pipercinja i seckan praz, iako prazot brzo omeknuva i brzo se przi,vo ovoj slucaj ne e vazno ,zosto posle polovina cas ce se pece zaedno so banicata.Mesame dodeka omeknat praz i piperki okolu 10 min,dodavame urda posoluvame i mesame uste kratko,Posle toa na kraj dodavame sol i bukovec za vkus.
Filot go stavame na sredina na banica i go pokrivame so zadnata sukana koricka koja e pomala od drugite sukani kori.

Banica se pece 30 min i prska so zagreana voda i maslo i pak vraca vo rerna i posle 3 min,vadi od rerna i pokriva so kujnska krpa i ostava da se izladi.Mnogu vkusno jadenje i nase omileno.

Macedonian traditional pie.
