Leden kolac so cokolada.//Cream chocolate cake

Izrabotka na ovoj desert koj e mnogu vkusen.

Vo sad za matenje iskrsete 5 jajca i matete gi gusto so 5 lazici supeni secer,a posle dodajte, 5 lazici brasno, 2 golemi lazici isto supeni kakao vo prav, a na kraj se dodava i 70-100g meleni orevi, 1 prasok za pecivo na Vitaminka .Seta masa ja mesame so lazica i peceme vo podmackana tava okrugla br;32..ili tava so kockasta forma pogolema, oti izleguvat mnogu okolu 30 parcenca vkusna torta kolac.Peceme 15 min na 180 C.

Ispecenoto i oladeno testo se preliva so serbet od 300g secer i 300ml voda i 1 vanilin secer, zaedno da zovrijat i se preleva preku laden kolac.
Za fil potrebno 500ml mleko (od nego izvademe 100ml za mesanje na smesa so gustini ,8 lazici supeni gustin moze i brasno,8 lazici secer..se pravi fil kako za torta i se ladi) .
Vo laden fil se dodava 200g margarin Kristal i 200g secer vo prav,(jas ne dodov secer vo prav i se pomalku kaloricni.
Za glazura rastopuvame 100g cokolada za gotvenje so 50ml mleko i 2 lazici maslo za jadenje.(ili ganase za koe doznav podocna deka e mnogu poubava glazura.)
Go prelevame oladeniot kolac i se seceme na kocki.
